WELFARE OFFICER

The Role:
• Assist the Case Manager/Case Worker in formulate, develop and implement programmes for residents
• Participate in the development of individual care plans of residents
• Schedule program activates and coordinates support services such as organizing social, cultural and outdoor activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal procedures by the Management

Qualification & Skills Desired:
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• No relevant work experience but willing to be trained
• Possess a responsible and caring attitude
• Non-Smoker
• Willing to work shifts hours, including weekends and overnight shifts

 

PRE-SCHOOL TEACHER

The Role:
• Strengthen Early Learner’s learning and development through partnering with parents and teachers
• Support Early Learner’s holistic development through contributing proactively
• Equip Early Learner’s with life skills and cultivate values that will prepare them to be life-long learners
• Scaffold Early Learner’s exploration of their world through providing them with a safe, supportive & stimulating environment.

Qualification & Skills Desired:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – [DECCE / DECCE-T/DECCE-T (Conversion)] or Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT) or it’s equivalent.
• Registered and certified by EDCA as L2 preferred
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a childcare/pre-school
• Possess positive working attitude and has the drive to nurture Early Learners

 

CHILDMINDER

The Role:
• Facilitate and assist Welfare Officers in the day-to-day implementation of programs
• Support the Welfare Officers in ensuring safety, security and well-being of the residents
• Ensure that the residents comply with the Home’s Rules & Regulations
• Perform other duties assigned by Home Administrator

Qualification & Skills Desired:
• Possess a relevant Early Childhood Education Certificate/Diploma
• Enjoy working with young children
• Have previous working experience in a childcare setting
• Willing to work on three (3) rotating shifts

 

Nursing Aide

The Role:
• Providing comprehensive health care to residents while ensuring their safety and security
• Responsible for the proper care management plan for residents with medical conditions
• Assist in medical emergencies
• Perform appropriate clinical related documentation promptly.

Qualification & Skills Desired:
• Minimum WSQ Higher Certificate/Advanced Certificate/Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or ITE Nitec in Nursing
• Preferably has a BCLS or a First Aid Certificate
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Strong passion inpatient care service
• Willing to work shifts hours, including weekends and overnight shifts

 

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

The Role:
• Facilitate and assist the Welfare Officers in the day-to-day implementation of programs
• Support Welfare Officers in ensuring safety, security and well-being of the residents
• Responsible in maintaining quality hygiene of the Homes/Centres
• Perform other duties assigned by Home Administrator

Qualification & Skills Desired:
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support or GCE ‘O’/GCE ‘N’ Level
• At least 1 year of experience in the Healthcare industry
• Demonstrate good communications and people engagement skills
• Willing to work shifts hours, including weekends and overnight shifts
